This was patient’s second pregnancy, a multidisciplinary approach was adopted, involving discussions with the Obstetrics and Gynecology department, leading to a thoughtful decision for a Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) at the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Egmore, Chennai.
• Pharmacokinetics studies were conducted to tailor the treatment regimen to Mrs A unique needs. As her health narrative unfolded, the challenges mounted when she experienced a seizure episode during hospitalization. Prompt neuro consultations were sought, and a comprehensive management plan was implemented to address this unexpected turn.
